We do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been dispatched. All sales are final.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer free size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

2. Include your order number and required size
3. Item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact

Wrong or Damaged Item

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will make it right.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Email rinokuofficial@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
